Rule 1: Grammatical changes, wording changed to prohibit cnc play, broke out cnc play to a separate rule (Rule 3)
Rule 2: Re-ordered rule with grammatical changes
Rule 3: Re-ordered rule with adjustment to wording allowing for a variety of cnc play with first clearing with a DM. Grammatical Changes
