Group scenes of greater than 4 people require a spotter, that spotter cannot be participating in the scene and must be easily identifiable and accessible to DM and Shrine Agents.
Scenes MUST start with all participating parties within the scene space (a scene space is defined as taped-in zone per play space). No other individuals will be allowed to join. DMs will be instructed to stop any individual attempting to join an ongoing scene regardless of the situation.
Note: Group scenes of greater than 4 people need to be approved by Shrine Production Team (Entertainment Director) this can be done via email or through conversation with our Entertainment Director on site.
